The production path
Six checkpoints between an idea and your shelf
Different makes require different handling, but the governing principle stays the same: quality is decided by the finished physical piece.
Print for the finished piece
Settings are chosen around detail, reliability, scale, and part geometry—not merely around finishing the print as fast as possible.
Wash thoroughly
Residual resin is removed from visible surfaces, recesses, connection points, and hollow areas before curing begins.
Cure and dry
Parts are cured and allowed to dry so they can be handled, inspected, test-fitted, and packed with confidence.
Inspect and test-fit
Surfaces, fine details, joints, and important assembly points are checked. A failed part is a reprint—not a customer surprise.
Pack for the journey
Delicate shapes and multipart makes are packed around their actual risks so they have the best chance of arriving ready for the next step.
